The Weedwackers meet regularly throughout the year on the second Saturday of the month. Our 2009 schedule is as follows:

Also we are now listed in the events section of Volunteers for Outdoor Arizona,  and 

 there are other opportunities for outdoor volunteerism at  www.voaz.org

Attention New Volunteers! We are working at Shaw Butte this summer near Cactus and 19th Ave. In the coming months our work locations may change to areas such as South Mountain, or we may return to the Piestewa Peak area. So if you are not on the e-mail reminder list please contact me before showing up!!

New volunteers need  to sign a waiver from Phoenix Parks. Wear sturdy shoes, bring a snack, and everything else will be provided.
